Your satisfaction is our number-one concern and we guarantee you will be delighted by our trusted baby products. If you are not satisfied with your order, contact us (via phone or email) within 30 days of receiving your item and we can work together to handle any exchanges, credits, or refunds for the cost of the item. We do not charge a restocking fee on most items as long as they are returned in new condition to us and are not missing anything that was sent to you originally. Shipping and handling cannot be reimbursed, so please be aware that if you are purchasing a product that has "Free Shipping" our actual shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund.

Price Match Guarantee Details
- Coupons, additional discounts and promotions cannot be applied after the low price match is applied.
- Item that is to be price matched must be identical item and in stock from the competitor. (Sometimes we can make exceptions if it is a different color, etc. Please call us for details.)
- We cannot do price matches with clearances, closeouts, or liquidations.
- The offer must be current on the competitors website or store location.
Pricing Policy
Babology has the right to cancel/refund orders that have been placed on items with incorrect posted prices or pricing typos. We do everything to avoid this when working with our items but it is a possibility and we apologize for the mistake on our end.
