Start with the âtri-modeâ control system. Why is it called âtri-mode?â Unlike almost all other three wheel strollers, you can lock the wheels in different positions, depending on where you are. Strolling or jogging down the sidewalk? Lock the wheels so that they wonât throw you off balance like those shopping carts which have a wheel that want to go everywhere but straight. In a store where you need to maneuver around corners? Just put the wheels on full swivel and you will never again bump into a corner. Walking down the street or anywhere in between? The unique 45 degree lock lets the wheels move a little, but no too much to slow you down. Three settings â Thatâs why they named it âTri-Mode.â The Valco Baby Runabout is loaded with great design features that make this one of the easiest strollers to use.
