Return Policy:

Babology wants to make your purchasing experience as pleasurable as possible! We have hand selected each and every one of our products and want them to fit your personalized needs. If this has not happened, please let us move in a forward direction on making you another satisfied guest in our store.

30 Day Easy Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. We want you to be happy and come back and shop with us again. If you need to make a return, please do it within 30 days of receipt of your items. Items must be returned in new, unused condition in original packaging(including original box, packaging, and written materials such as warranty and instructions). A credit will be issued upon return and inspection of your item(s) less all shipping charges. Please note that all shipping costs will be deducted from return/exchange amount even if shipping to you was free with your order.

Certain products such as eating utensils, bottle feeding items / accessories, breast pumps, blankets, mattresses, diapers, potty seats, bath and fabric items and personal care items cannot be resold for hygienic reasons and are therefore non-refundable.

Damaged or incorrect items

We like to treat our customers as we'd like to be treated while shopping for new products. If your item is damaged or not what you ordered, we will cover shipping back to us and get you another item out promptly.

Special orders or pre-orders

Some of our pre-orders and special order items are subject to a 15% restocking fee because this item has been ordered for you specifically. (Please call before purchasing a noted special order item or preorder if you have questions)

Please note:
Items received for exchange or return that are not complete, including all original packaging, warranties, manuals etc. or show signs of use will be subject to a 10%-30% restocking fee. We reserve the right to refuse any return that is not in new, re-saleable condition. Please allow ten (5) business days for your return/exchange to be processed from the day it is received.

How do I return a product to you?
Please contact us first (either by phone 877-428-BABY or email at Jason@babology.com and we will issue you a return authorization. This is done so you can be properly credited for your return.

When shipping item item back:
Please insure all products using the mail carrier of your choice. Please make sure to package your return securely.

Payment Policy:
We accept Visa/American Express/Discover/MasterCard as well as Google Checkout. If you are local, please stop in and feel free to pick up items that are in stock.
Checks and money orders are accepted but please note this will take additional time for your order to process.
Shipping Policy:

We are currently shipping to U.S. and Canada.

  • Many items CANNOT be shipped outside the U.S. such as carseats because of regulation differences. Please e-mail us if you have any questions.
  • Tariffs and import duties will be paid by the recipient upon receipt of goods.
  • In case of a return, tariffs and/or import duties cannot be refunded.
  • Shipping takes place the same day on most occasions excluding weekends.
  • We ship Fedex Home Delivery or UPS Ground for larger packages and international orders depending on which will arrive faster for you.
  • We ship USPS Priority Mail for smaller packages and P.O. Boxes.
  • Some furniture items will still ship with our free shipping over $99 but will incur an oversize fee of $50.
  • Free Shipping is for U.S. only and does not include Alaska, Hawaii, or FPO/APO shipments. Please choose 2-day shipping for these states.
